Shipping Point

Our factory is located in Guelph, Ontario which is 45 minutes west of Toronto (on a good day!), 1-1/2 hours north of Buffalo, New York and 2-1/2 hours east of Detroit, Michigan. We are ideally located near Highway 401 for many trucking companies to conveniently pick up our customers orders.

Packaging

Our products are stretch wrapped with cardboard corners and nylon-strapped to a custom made new wood skid. At an additional cost of 7%, we can add external Masonite protective panels should there be any concerns of damage in transit. Our products are designed to withstand the bumps and bangs of road transportation and we take pride in the fact that we rarely have reports of damages.

Carriers

We only use the best trucking companies who take a vested interest in our business and our customer's needs and expectations. We insist that they can track their trucks by satellite and keep us well-informed during the trip. In cases where we have an awkward street delivery, we can hire a local moving company to make the final delivery. This team effort can save money and aggravation.
